Leonardo Da Vinci’s inventions were ahead of their time. This hands-on workshop draws inspiration from his work as students learn how to measure wind speed and design a vehicle that harnesses energy to move. By observing Leonardo Da Vinci’s intricate models, you will be guided through some of the engineering considerations in his notebook designs, gain an introduction to gears and the energy-harnessing methods used back in Da Vinci’s day but applied in a contemporary context.
